強い研磨力を持ち、メッキやアルマイト処理前の下地処理、金属の粗磨きに適しています。
バイク・自動車部品の整備や、各種金属加工の下
磨き工程にも使用できます。

油脂分が多く、クレヨンのような柔らかい質感が特徴です。
フェルトディスクやエンドレスペーパーなどに塗布してご使用ください。
研磨力が強いため、研磨カスが多く発生します。
鏡面仕上げの前工程として使用される粗磨き用研磨剤です。
次工程の中仕上げ研磨剤と組み合わせることで、より美しい仕上がりになります。

TRP-3 is a solid polishing compound commonly known as “Tripoli.”
It is designed for coarse polishing and surface preparation of metals.

This compound is ideal for preparing metal surfaces before plating or anodizing, and is widely used in metalworking, automotive parts maintenance, and restoration work.

TRP-3 contains a relatively high oil content and has a crayon-like texture, allowing it to transfer easily onto buffing wheels and polishing tools.
Due to its strong cutting power, it is best used as a pre-polishing compound before finer polishing stages.

Apply the compound to felt wheels, buffing discs, or abrasive belts before use.
Because of its aggressive cutting ability, a noticeable amount of polishing residue may occur during use.

Recommended as the first step in a multi-stage metal polishing process before using finer compounds.
